Windows gadgets are not working?

After 1 month of operating in windows 7 ultimate I encountered a problem with the desktop gadgets none of them are working now, with that an error message in Internet Explorer 9 say "windows cannot open the website" comes whenever i open IE and no websites are opening in it.

Please give me any answers.
