Is there any software application that can be run on a pc that is not running win7 that can identify the win7 windows experience index?
I know there is an advisor that will tell you if the pc can run win7 and it tells of software that may give problems but does not provide any index.
This question comes to me when friends ask if their PC’s can be updated to win7.
Most PC’s can be upgraded but the user won’t be able to see any limitations that may negatively impact their win7 experience until after the installation.
Examples of this are too little memory, weak graphics cards and slow hd. Thanks for any info regarding this question.
