Not a case of for or against a product. It's about realibility & honesty. Microsoft is well known for the fact that it puts out 'Bug ridden' products & hope that they can overcome them with 'Updates SPs etc
Linux certainly does not have the same amount of problems (Also it's free)
Mac again has far less problems .. so ask yourself Why are you so tunnelled visioned to Microsoft, or have you become so brainwashed or brain dead to look seriously at other products.

I have used Win 7 from early on & found it (So Far) much more stable than Vista, though minor problems have arisen occasionaly.

For or Against?
by: Anonymous

I have a hard time understanding your comment. Are you for or against Microsoft? I haven't found any software that doesn't have bugs in it. It is extremely difficult to find every problem (bugs) during test. In a system as immense as Windows, I'm surprised, at times, that it can run at all. But run it does. For me, it runs 99.9999999% of the time correctly. Would you like to go back pre-Windows and use the command prompt on a black screen - and run just one program at a time? I think not.

Companies spend millions installing ERP systems to run their entire business, SAP being the most pervasive of these. Bugs? Hell yes. Be glad you can do what you can. I installed Win 7 the day it was released. So far, I've had a grand total of 1 BSOD. Not bad in my view.
