Windows 7-Default Power Options

I customized my power options on my laptop that is Windows 7.

After customizing my power options, now my computer dosn't stay on other than 5mins before shutting down.

And when charging the light for the laptop indicating by the color orange, that shows when charging.

No orange color light appears, and the power cord is faintly showing green light.

I need to know the settings to fix my power options.

Example: How long to have on or off when lid is closed.. And when plugged in do you want the battery (sleep) or (hibernate...Help
