I downloaded and am running windows 7 ultimate evaluation copy, supposed to be good for one year.

After seeing the 3 things it has that the other editions dont, I will probably buy the cheapest version maybe home edition.

I love windows 7 .. it runs great on my dell dimension E520... 2gigs ram, much better than the versions of vista I tried.
