Windows 7 Taskbar bug!

The ticked once works, others don't!

Hi,

I've been using Windows 7 right from the day it was released! and obviously I've been happy with it!
unlike XP, its not showing up new errors everyday!

All this changed a few weeks back on!
I don't remember how it started.
The problem is with the windows 7 taskbar!

Windows does not react, when I click on the options in the pop-up that comes when you right-click any pinned programs in taskbar!

where was i? yeah!

as i was saying, nothing happens when i click anything above the bottom two options ("program name" and "unpin" and also "close all" when it comes)!

the only exception is the "windows explorer"! everything is alright with that one! otherwise its all wrecksville tennesse!
