Windows 7 User Submissions

Windows 7 ULTIMATE X64 RTM (6.1.7600) is installed on a GA-EX38-DQ6 Motherboard.
All drivers, updated are latest and installed sucssesfully.

THE BUG:
When I Try to SHUTDOWN the system, windows is shutting down all programs sucssesfully, then it shuts the display, mo.nitor signal, but not the power of the PC.

Just after 3-4 minutes the PC shuts down completely.

Comment:
Windows Vista ULTIMATE X64 was installed before, and had no problem.

the BUG of Windows 7 was revealed right after windows 7 replaced windows vista.

Any ideas??
