I very sorry, because don't Classic Start Menü in Windows 7 :(((( I would you like to in update and correct it!

How disable Aero to titlebar when windows maximize??? Because very dirty, I'm lovelly simple black, when maximize windows :) Please correct it the problem! Thank you!
