2. scan my system then check......

3. I think my system I do not have a virus or no any hardware problem

your system requirement is lower than what is require to install the Windows 7 64 Bit Version. Check the specification required to install this OS on the Website of the Microsoft.

1-how much ram do you have installed and how many programs do you have running at startup

3-ps you may need to get a tech to look at it
our find some one that has goto assist installed
and get them to do a live person to person check of your system over the net
and it could be malware our virus problem
