I received my free windows upgrade Nov 30 2009.
I am now getting a message that I will be shut down if I don’t install a PRODUCTS CODE number.
There is no products code on my computer because I upgraded from Vista.
I did not receive a code in my disc package. What is going on.
Why can’t Microsoft send me my number.
