I have recieved my hard copys (32 & 64 bit) but they came in a plain white cover with 2 pockets 1 for each version. There is no registration code any where.

Thank you for your information, however, my disc came in a paper cover and no product code was there.I still need help

If you received a hard copy of your Windows 7 upgrade (a disc from Microsoft), there IS a serial #/registration code inside the case..

There will be a sticker on the inside front of the case under the loose info.. This is your registration #.... You need to enter this and validate with Microsoft online.
