Windows 7 & no drivers for my modem

I have an ZTE MF626 HSDPA USB Modem. It will not work with Windows 7 but will with Vista - XP- and 2000.

I have tried to solve this but have got nowhere. Can you point me to and update to download or place to ask microsoft directly?
