Hi, This is Steve here.
I am a member of the closed association of beta testers who get the real deal from Microsoft.

I had got an invitation to test windows 7 build 6519. For me it was a refreshing change since windows vista.

For one, the Os was not sluggish, opened files and documents faster, was compatible with many older programs, had a young and vibrant look etc.,

The features are by far identical to vista. I should add that in my opinion, Windows 7 is a more refined edition of Windows Vista. Hats off to Microsoft for pulling off this one and making it a success.
