Windows 7 HP 32-bit Icon Bug

I installed a game.

Went to it's directory and I clicked the game icon for several times.

When I went to my desktop I found all my icons showing the game's icon.

It means my desktop was full of same icons and they all run the game only.

Even on the start button the list are all the same icon.I tried to change the icons from their properties but nothing worked.

Now I went to the directory of the Microsoft Office and clicked several times the Microsoft Word icon and all icons changed to M.Word.
