Windows 7 home premium is suddenly hanging(mouse pointer and keyboard stop responding, must reboot through power button, no other option.) after every 15 min or 30 min of usage of internet(I am using Tata Photon plus black model).
Recently I installed AVG 9.0 free version, I let allow windows for automatic updates. The problem is not browser specific.
I tried after deleting all files in Temp folder(run, then typed %temp%, it opens a temp folder), the problem is still there. I cannot figure out from where the problem is coming or what causes the problem. Please help.
When I used wired broadband connection I did not face this problem. But I think it is windows 7 problem.
