windows 7 have the same bugs as vista when it was new

7 have the same bugs as vista when it was new whenever you want to open something it doesnt happen right away it stays for 1-5 second and then pops up the program and i have powerful computers at home.

The same was with vista when it was new but after SP2 it have been greatly improved.

Vista is so much faster in that sense i did not see much of improvements to games either than that Win 7 have a grater index score than vistas max 5.9

But it responds the same on games
Common bug yet they did not do a thing to improve it
