Windows 7 Freses on a LENOVO IBM T60

Case1:

Id like to know why on two IBM THINKPAD Lenovo T60 , through online browsing the internet and other programs, the computer freeses , then comes bak to normal.

Case2:

Also on a Dell GX270, the Video Drivers are not installed and the colors are horrible.Windows 7 did not install them, and the card is intergraded.

Questions.

I did all the updates for both cases, what should i do next?

Dell does not offer windows 7 or vista drivers for the video card.
