Had installed free trial win 7 on new computer! When installing over the top of same Ultimate WIN 7 it would not allow it.
To get rid of trial copy introduced hard drive, formatted same and installed on hard drive. Then formatted Drive with Trial copy and installed Ultimate on C drive.
Removed introduced drive. However booting up always goes to bios to choose which win 7.However although if I wait it will boot up correctly.
it requires removal of this part of the sequence. I am sure that this is the cause of not getting update service.
