The themes are just plain awful with there washed out pastel colors and low contrast window frames that don't stand out well. For the rest there are no functional differences noticeable to me, so I'm not going to dish out a load of money for something with an upped version number that does the same but looks like crap. I'll wait for Windows 8, or 9, or 2014 which ever comes sooner, and stick with XP (and Ubuntu b.t.w.)
