Windows 7 came with my new HP Pavilion notebook, installed was the 64 bit version.
I used it a while and then I intended to transfer several of the programs I often use.
Not only standard programd like Write, Exel, etc. but also programs to drive the external equipment I use in my HF lab, e.n. network analyser, spectrum analyser, several transceivers.
So I decided to install the 32 bits version.
I did and all worked OK but all the HP specific software was disappeared and no DVD for it because it was pre installed and you were supposed to write your own DVD’s.
So, be aware before installing the 64 bit version!!!!!
Has anybody an idea how to get my software back?
Regards, Henk
