Windows 7 bug's and CPU/RAM sucking

Well, I have Asus p5kpl/1600 with "2GB DDR RAM" CPU: intel Core 2 Duo-E7400 with (L2=3M) and (2.8GHZ) and Graphic (GForce 9500GT, with 1GB DDR2).
I installed Windows 7 X64 build 7600 OEM.
FIrst of all, verry nice looking chase, but what's under the hood?
Not much worse than Windows XP, but also not much better than the worse Windows OS ever. (VISTA)
I hope so that the missing driver problems will be corrected in the future.
On the first install windows 7 works just perfect, with real 30sec.but time, but after the first update completed, the headache begines.
Also theres cosmic problem with applications and games compatibility.
For example:
After the first install of Win7 x64 I had allso installed Crisys warhead.
At the beginning it works just perfect, even with much better graphics than Xp.

But when the first update is completed, something's happend.

The game was no more compatible with Windows 7. The same problems with NFS Undercover, Nuendo3, and e.t.c.

Also there's bug with Nero 9.

When you first mozila firefox 3.5.3, and then open the nero smartstart and start burning a DVD.
Never try to open windows task manager.

The nero begins to sucks out all the available ram memory you have, and the cpu usage wil be on the top 100%.

Everything until the system crush.

Buy the way the minimum ram memory requirement is not less then 2GB.

And the standard and nominal CPU usage, without any program started is not less than 6%.

well?

Maybe I'll sound a little bizarre, but I like Windows 7, and I truly hope that Microsoft will correct all of that problems in the future.
But if not?

Shame on you Microsoft. People shouldn't buy any of your product ever!

Now a day I still have dual boot with Xp and Win7.\

My apologize for my bad English.
