I bought a Dell computer recently.It came with Windows 7 which turns out to be a costly problem for me.
I could not get it connected to the internet.It would load the cd for the modem,but would not connect it.
It would do nothing when it was suppose to connect to the internet.
So I called Dell who in return wanted me to buy their software warranty for 2 years for 348.00. I told them no and he said he would discuss it with his manager who said let me have the contract for 199.00,or for a one time fee they would tell me how to connect for 89.00.
My modem is only compatible with Windows vista, windows 2000 and windows XP.
So I told them I would send the computer back before I pay this much for a software contract and pay for the computer also.
This is internet robbery. Windows 7 is a way for them to rob us all.
