Windows 7 and some problems

So far since using windows 7 i have found the interface to be easy and simple but after having Windows 7 on my Computer for 2 weeks advancing into a third i really find no faults until today..

My PC now continuously keeps saying
"your computer will restart in 1 minute".
thank god there is a quick back up to that if your computer says that run to your cmd and type in shutdown -a and it will cancel the shut down but it act fast for it doesn't always work
Another problem which i have no clue of removing is

Dchp has terminated unexpectedly windows needs to restart

i still have not found the root of the problem but i ran to system restore to step back a couple days i montered my activities and i would think maybe its the pile of anti virus software i bought online and i was installing and uninstalling them one by one these were
avast
nod32 which is still installed
bitdefender
and
Avg 8.5 paid edition

so i don't know if that cause the problem but windows 7 is a beta version and its up to us to find what the problems are personally i haven;t gotten the chance to unlock the full capability of win 7 for i don't have the HP touch smart which would be the untimate test for it but over all i am impressed with the over work Microsoft has down with windows 7
