Win7 better than vista but some problems!!

From last one month i am using windows 7 in my office i am network engineer at japan and actually now a days i want to use asp but why i dont i configure properly all about iis but i cat run the .asp file and always unable to sabe .asp file in wwwroot folder.

So if there is solutio for me then it will be great for me thanks you
