Wifi Light doesn't blink

I have an acer Aspire 4710 Laptop with 1.86 GHz Dual Core CPU, 1 GB RAM.

After installing Windows 7 beta, my laptop's wireless connection amber light didn't glow anymore in windows 7 (althout the wireless cconnection works perfectly), but everything is fine with Windows Xp and Vista.

One more problem was that I couldn't find my desktop computer running Windows XP in Networks.
