I can’t believe all the hype about a new Windows operating system being released so close on the heels of VISTA, while looking at the longevity of Windows XP.
I am stunned about the viscious attacks that routinely take place against Microsoft, the company, and their O/S. Since better than 90% of all Operating Systems installed in all areas of computing in the world are Windows and if XP has 53% of that market, something isn’t sitting right here if everybody is a hater of MS.
The reason a new Windows Operating System is available is the same reason that we make new versions of our favorite cars, like the Corvette, or the Mustang, or the Camaro.
IT’S NEXT in the world of computers, it’s how we choose to live our lives, it’s how we as a race meant to discover NEW THINGS, we are meant to be explorers and to endure the bug we call Curiosity! We must keep moving FORWARD, to stagnate is to die and the same applies here.
If you do NOT want to buy the new geek stuff, then shut the H*** up and take it like a grown-up instead of a whiny baby, and let those of us who enjoy playing with NEW operating systems do the investigative work instead of your version of I live in fear of new things and timidity!! hey hey
