Why do I go for Windows Seven?

When I have Vista Ultimate and bought the Samsung Media extender and use the features. I will lose so much if I "upgrade."

At least Microsoft could do is have some pity on me and let me keep my older version of PC remote and Media connections if it does not conflict with the new Windows.

So I pay more and get much less?
