I can't comment on other people problems with windows 7 because I havent had any problems .My computer met the required specifications.I ran the windows 7 beta & windows 7 Rc so when I Iinstalled my new version of Windows 7 I was allready used to it.I have not had any problems what so ever.& Isuppose that goes for over 95% of people who have installed it.

Or more simply put, Go for it!

The reward far and away outstrips the possible negatives.

If your hardware meets the minimum system requirements, you should go for it! I hesitated, and I was WAY WRONG. I should have installed the RTM version I downloaded, but it still sits on my bookshelf. I got the Win7 Ultimate "Steve Ballmer Signature Edition" (Whoo hoo?) and IT sat on the shelf, I kicked myself once I got it running for not having gone ahead with it when I got it.
