I have the only user account and it is an administrator account. I have found that the system settings for “ownership” of files and folders are very cumbersome, and don’t always work as advertised.

Is there a utlity that will just grant me absolute power so I don’t have to click “confirm” about 50 times a day when renaming folders and such? “You will need Administrator permissions to rename this folder.” that type of thing.
