Toshiba netbook NB205-n325bl

I have a Toshiba netbook NB205-n325bl I got about 9 mounths ago and was in the middle of typing in my word prosser when the computer rebooted and gave me an error code of error: f3-f200-0002.

I tryed restarting using first the F8 restart safe mode, as well as all the other options.

No GOOD, Thin I tryed a system restore by starting while holding the 0 key it looked like it was going to start when erroe : F3-FF00-0006

I have run out of ideas the net book has no optical drive only an sd drive so I can not load or reformat and install a better operating system like xp

Can any one help?
