System Handles goes to INFINITY!

Something wrong is going on with system handles. The number of them is constantly arising even if I left computer for few hours with no other applications than system ones.

After 2 days of work Windows Task Manager show more than 2'000'000 handler reserved in the system!

In the process list no process have so many of them allocated, so I assume that something wrong is going on with system services
