Swapping Wirless Network Bug

Hi,

When I move from home to college with my windows 7 laptop it won't connect to the internet without me restarting my computer.

For example I'm browsing away at home on firefox then when i need to go to class i put my laptop on hibernate and bring it to college, then when i try to use the college wireless ff won't detect the network even the though the network manager says everything is connected, same with ie, if i restart its ok
