Strict NAT Xbox Live

I am using my laptop running the RC of Windows 7 to connect my Xbox 360 to my wireless network.

When I connect my 360 to xbox live it tells my my NAT is strict instead of open.

The Network Address Translation was open when I did this same thing on this laptop when it was running Vista.

Also, in the Network and Sharing Center, it won't let me make the connection to my Xbox private it is only public.
