Start Up Issue

Boot Screen is fine, however as the User Login comes up the sound is extremely loud and about 24 long beeps before the screen to choose the user will come up. Build 7100.

HP dv9723cl
4gb Ram
1TB Disk Space
64-Bit

Received "Blue Screen" however it just went black and no keys worked. Could be build issue.
