Windows 7 User Submissions

Hello ive checked all the configuration but i cannot use next track, previous track, stop, play/pause. buttons on my keyboard i have checked the configuration with Winamp. I did not had this problem on windows 7 ultimate but i do have it on proffesional and i aint the only one.

please help.
