Windows 7: User Content Updates

Windows 7 User Content Updates

I have used Vista and XP for a long time. Windows 7 I have used for over a month, and am convinced its a fixed up and severely modified version of Windows Vista.

The actual speed in Windows 7 is an illusion when you work with the software such as internet explorer and microsoft office.

The appearance of it being snappier is the virtualization that takes places when running applications.

The stability factor is the same as vista and the security and performance menus are just reworded or renamed.

The explorer part of windows 7 is too messy and gives a lot of information that is not needed on every occasion.

The networking and internet connection settings are just as bad as in vista.

I am really disappointed in Microsoft in this latest version of windows, and I think it will be a temporary fix for most users who hate Vista.

But the xp users will have great difficulty in getting use to it, and it will remind them of vista little too much.

Lastly, I am a new mac convert because of Microsoft.

The mac os is the most user friendly and easy and stable operating that I have ever used in my 20 years of computing.

Everything from networking to installing applications to file management is so easy and user intiutive.
