Windows 7 User Submissions

Installed over a Windows Vista running operating system (ACER travelmate 5730)..

After installing Windows 7 everything seems to work properly, even a piece of hardware i was'nt able to install under Vista, but did installed under Windows 7. (UPEK Biosensor, Fingerpint chip)

Windows 7 needs a little more time to boot up to login screen, but after logging in i was supprised that Windows 7 has a much greater respond on human input and uses alot less RAM memory, even with swapping completely disabled...

When you start using Windows 7 you'll need a little time to get used to it, i was unable to make some "classic" menu's and entry's back to what i was used to (WINDOWS XP UIG)... After that you will find it is fine to work with..

From Vista to Windows 7 is according to my experience a large performance improvement ahead!!..
