random VISTA shutdowns.

Suddenly, without warning,driving me crazy. First was only around 3 am, after that escalate 2 twice a day, now it in 10 and 10 minutes.

Please help.

I can say for sure that this start after the windows updates. Windows 7 should also have the tools to configuration and not mess with the machine.

I am a girl and not so bright with computers, now do I have to call someone to fix a problem causes by an update?

Ok, is anybody experience the same problem?
Any help is welcome, but be kind and use easy terms, to help me fix this
