Problem with wireless mouse

My experiences with W7 have been great but there is a funny problem with my Logitech wireless mouse: when in a doc, webpage, email, or game, the screen bounces back to desktop when I take my hand off the mouse.

When I jostle the mouse ever so slightly, the screen returns to the page I was on.

I am using the same mouse that I did with my Hewlett-Packard laptop; I had no such problem on the HP with Windows Home Vista (though plenty of others, eg, freeze-ups, eternal waits, etc).

My wife's earlier model Toshiba laptop with Windows Home Vista does not have the bounce-to-desktop problem even when using my Logitech.

I have a late-model Toshiba laptop with 4G RAM expandle to 8G.

Fast, easy, huge improvement over Vista Home Premium on the 2G max HP. Any thoughts on this bounceback event?
