Problem with watching youtube on Firefox

Ok I been using a retail copy of windows home premium for about a week now complete with updates and matching plugins but i cant watch youtube videos for some reason the video screen will attempt to buffer with the little buffering symbol in the middle for a few seconds till the window loads up and then it stops.

i recently upgraded to ultimate and still have the problem i can watch the youtube videos in iexplorer but i do not like that browser is there anything i can do to fix this issue email me back at jbird202300@yahoo.com thanks in advance
