On-screen keyboard
by: James

Every time I booth-up the laptop, the on-screen keyboard pops-up, without me requesting it! Does anyone have a solution on deleting or discontinuing that feature? I do not have any use for that feature at all! Please help! Its very annoying to see every time I booth-up, and have to close it out.

Shutdowns
by: jcbuckster@gmail.com

I have the same model and mine was doing that when I played a dvd. Turns out it was overheating. I bought a laptop cooler and just tested it. It ran for 4 hours w/o shutting down.

Mine is still driving me nuts though because when I move the screen at all it will shut down. I'm completely baffled.

Anyone have a clue on why mine does that?

problem with Vista in Acer Aspire 7720-6155
by: Abi

Are you still not able to boot the computer to desktop?

If you are not then please let me know whether you have Vista DVD or not.

Did you try booting in advanced boot options?

If you are able to boot, then try checking the error code in the problem reports and solutions and let me know the error code.

Thanks
Abi
