Geo, I am glad to hear your comments on Win 7 beta, you affirm all I have read about it so far! I would also agree with your statement that Bill got it this time! It appears that it will almost be a certainty that the majority of users will be very, very pleased with Win 7 because as you say, it's so easy and idiot proof!

i have been using windows 7 through all the beta stages to the rtm to date i must say that the first available beta for 7 ran 10 x smoother than vista done in its bete stages even when vista os was finished it still stegerd to do the job
well thats not the isue with windows 7 it boots up faster than xp/vista with the same load it flys through as if microsoft gave it that push it needed the system is easy to use and less bagage as vista had but it also gives you the optoin to use what u need at eas like on xp or vist there was som stuff i didnt use like the games u get free u can easly get these disabled by 2 easy steps and is totaly IDIOT PROOF when doing tasks pluss it comes with agreat restore which you can aply to cd/dvd best doing after you have what youm need on the system and do a restor damm this is so very easy
i could go on all day and i cant and havent found any problams or any magor problams with the rtm verson the way the RTM IS B4 IT GEOS TOP THE PUBLIK AS MUCH MORE EASER USABLE AND IDET PROOF THAN ANY OS IVE EVER USED

i ran this rtm os windows 7 with
E4500 core 2 duo
4gb ddr2 800mhz
and ati radeon 3870
and p5q pro m/board
and 850 watt psu
ps u have to get this and i agree with last post
everyone will want this system and the ones that have the rtm they will be agreeing with me
