Windows 7 User Submissions

I just bought a brand new laptop with windows 7 and i got blue screen and windows wouldn't start and when i started it on safe mode an it searched through the my file and it stopped on CLASSPNP.SYS.

I heard of other people getting this problem and when i found the only known solution it worked for a little bit but then it came back.
