On Asus P5KPL-CM mainboard Windows 7 doesn't hibernate properly?

I don't know why Hibernate function doesn't work properly on my Desktop Asus P5KPL-CM, I've already upgraded newest BIOS version from ASUS Site and Update all drivers in Windows 7 Pro (32bit).

But when I press Power off button to make system goes to hibernate mode, it's just logging off my working session and stays at the Logon screen.

How can I fix this error?
