i recently bought a Toshiba laptop with built in windows 7 and i like to play my downloaded games but found out even with the troubleshoot compatibility

i recently bought a Toshiba laptop with built in windows 7 and i like to play my downloaded games but found out even with the “troubleshoot compatibility” option it still doesn’t work but other than that i think its alright.
