Windows 7 User Submissions

After a 3 weeks shutdown of my table top PC (due to a vacation) and a following long update session of div. programs, my PC started to display symbols (ascii?) instead of text and numbers, already from the log-inn screen (see my 3 pictures)
Yes, I can log inn as usual with typing my password on the key board, but using the PC is impossible as I can't understand the gibberish i displays in all menues. As such I can't recover by CD or reach any features using internal recovery. Anyone seen this problem before???
