No speakers or headphones are plugged in

Hi
I have windows 7 Ultimate installed.

My sound Drivers doesn’t work .

I tried to update driver but still no use

A message appears that no speaker or headphone is plugged in

i tried web help and different forums so sort out my problem but it doesn’t work

Please help
