Windows 7 User Submissions

I have a windows 7 (32bit) and almost all drivers are loaded other than 'video denetleyicisi'(in turkish) and although the audio driver is seem to be correctly installed it doesn't work properly I can not hear no voice when it plays music or video and vs.

please help...
