I have the same problem and am currently trying to resolve it with the company. It told me my software was too new for the internet.

I bought a new laptop several months ago and yesterday resolved my home connection. After hours and hours and hours of trying to update my old home wireless I bought a new router. There is a lot of information/opinions out there to patch in a fix, but I am not geeky enough to make the old one work. The new router works better than the 6 year old router, well worth the cost.
