My whole PC has gone GUGE!!

This is my problem!

Well i was on a full screen game and my laptop ( Compaq HP) just shut down on me! So i turned it on again and everything had become huge!

My mouse my task bar, my start menu , EVERYTHING! I need you're help!

The picture makes it a bit skinny but it is way fatter than what you see in the picture.
